Access to The Broadmoor World Arena

Upon entry into the parking lot, any vehicle with an approved parking tag will be directed to the ADA accessible parking section directly across from the building ramp. We recommend that guests with disabilities access the arena via this ramp between gates A and B. There are two automatic doors available at Gate A and the Club Entrance.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

The Broadmoor World Arena is equipped with assisted listening devices and they are available to guests who are hard of hearing at no charge at Guest Services located at the Club Entrance by Gate 107. A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Elevators

There are two elevators located in the venue. One VIP elevator is located in the VIP Club Entrance on the North West side of the building. A service elevator is located behind Section 117/118.

Guide Dogs and Service Animals

Animals are not allowed in The Broadmoor World Arena; however, an exception is made for guests with guide dogs or service animals.

Interpreting Services

Guests requiring interpreting services for events should contact Kyle Hamman at (719) 477-2151, or email khamman@broadmoorworldarena.com no later than three weeks prior to the event. For events with multiple show dates and times, one performance will be designated as the interpreted performance.

Wheelchair and Companion Seating
